Epoxy Resin Production Challenges & Solutions
1. High-viscosity challenge: Specialty modified resins exhibit extremely high viscosity; conventional stirring methods are prone to causing localized overheating or uneven mixing.
High-efficiency reactor: Constructed from SS304/316 and equipped with an external half-pipe or jacketed heating system, or an internal coil cooling system, ensuring rapid heating and precise temperature control (maintained within ±1℃).
2. Vacuum degassing: Resins of electronic and composite grades must be completely free of bubbles; therefore, the reaction must be carried out under an extremely high vacuum.
