Sigma Mixer Structure
- Double ∑-shaped blades: Shear, squeeze, turn over materials, improve mixing efficiency.
- W-shaped mixing cylinder: Carries materials, with heating/cooling jacket outside, provides temperature control suitable for melt mixing or reactive materials.
- Gear reduction motor: Provides independent drive for different blades.
- Vacuum system (optional): Used for degassing, removing volatile components, and improving product density adn purity.

Sigma Mixer Working Principle
Sigma mixer consists of two ∑-shaped blades rotating relative to each other at a certain gap and speed difference, which strongly shears, squeezes, flips and mixes the materials.
The materials are repeatedly sheared and folded between the blades and the cylinder to form a uniform mixture.

1. Strong mixing ability for high-viscosity materials (can handle materials of 100,000 to 3,000,000cps).
2. Good mixing uniformity, no dead corners.
3. Can be sealed and vacuum operated to prevent pollution and oxidation.
