Shell-and-tube condenser Cools formaldehyde vapor and steam to facilitate reflux
Fractionation column / water separator Separates gas and liquid phases, discharging water generated during the reaction
Vacuum system Dehydrates the mixture during the final stages of the reaction to increase resin viscosity
Filter Removes gel particles or impurities from the finished product
Automatic control cabinet Monitors temperature, pressure, stirring speed, and pH value

  • Automated closed-loop pH control: A primary concern for customers is the risk of over-acidifacation, which can result in the entire batch being scrapped. Our equipment implements an interlocked function that combines "real-time pH monitoring" with "automated alkali dosing".
  • Reaction endpoint alarm: By integrating torque monitoring (via agitator current) or ultrasonic viscosity detection, the system automatically triggers an alert and initiates forced cooling once the target viscosity is reached.
