Special ink or functional material:
- Screen printing ink
- Conductive silver paste for circuit boards
- UV curing ink, high filler system ink
These systems are usually highly concentrated and thixotropic.

Features of Sigma Mixer
1. Strong ability to handle high-viscosity materials
The pigments, fillers, resins, solvents, etc. in the ink are mixed to form a high-viscosity paste system, which is difficult for high speed disperser to handle.
Sigma mixer has powerful stirring arms and closed structures, which can easily handle ultra-high viscosity materials (hundreds of thousands to millions of cP).
2. Excellent dispersion and mixing effects
The key to the performance of ink lies in the uniform dispersion of pigments and the full mixing of the resin bonding system.
Sigma mixer blades can achieve efficient shearing, kneading and stirring of materials in a short time, so that the pigments are evenly coated in the matrix, improving the gloss, tinting power and hiding power of the product.
3. Controllable temperature system for heat-sensitive systems
Sigma mixer is equipped with a jacket heating/cooling system, which can be used to:
- Accelerate the fusion of resin and pigment.
- Prevent heat-sensitive components (such as thermoplastic resins) from degradation due to overheating.
- Precisely control ink viscosity and rheology.
4. Vacuum design, effective degassing
High-end ink products have extremely strict requirements on bubble content.
Vacuum sigma mixer can perform degassing during the stirring process, improving the storage stability and coating quality of the ink.
