1. Electrical system inspection

Check if the explosion-proof motor runs smoothly and without any abnormal noises.

Check if the electrical control cabinet temperature is overheating.

Check if the wiring is loose or damaged.

Confirm that the emergency stop button is sensitive and effective.

Purpose: To avoid safety risks such as electrical sparks, leakage, and machine shutdown.

2. Inspection of mixing and dispersing equipment

Including high speed disperser, reactor, etc:

• whether the blades are worn or bent
• whether the main shaft runs smoothly
• whether there are any adhering substances on the mixing paddle that have not been cleaned in time

Purpose: To ensure stable dispersion efficiency and avoid affecting the fineness and uniformity of the product.

3. Grinding equipment (daily operation)

Check if the chamber temperature is normal.

Observe for ceramic bead blockage or wear.

Check if the sound is normal, with no metallic friction noise.

Check if the flow rate is stable.

4. Piping and valves

Check if the feed pipe is blocked or leaking.

Check if the valve flexibility has deteriorated.

Check for solidified solvent or pigment residue.

5. Feeding system (cleanroom feeding cabinet, etc.)

Check for filter blockage.

Check for aging of sealing strips.

6. Filling system

Check for leaks in the filling gun.

1. Lubrication system

Check bearing lubricating oil weekly.

Replace the grease on the main shaft of the high speed disperser monthly.

Regularly replenish lubricating oil to the high speed disperser and mixing tank.

2. Seal inspection

Check for wear on shaft seals and mechanical seals.

Replace any leaks immediately.

This is especially important for solvent-based paint factories.

3. Filtration system replacement

Replace filter screens, filter cloths, and filter cartridges according to schedule.

Maintain the cleanliness and flowability of the finished product.
